Terms & Conditions
- Ad spend not included in monthly fee. Ad management fee is based on total monthly ad spend.
- Travel expenses waived for clients located within a 75-mile radius of Sioux Falls, SD.
- Short-form video, image posts, and carousels delivered within 7 business days of production.
- Ads and long-form hero videos are delivered within 14 business days of production.
- Social media management consists of uploading produced creative to channels, optimizing titles and descriptions, and scheduling release dates.
Media Ownership
RAW media ownership is retained by Innova Marketing, LLC. Client will be the sole owner of the final delivered edited media. Innova Marketing, LLC will retain footage for 6-months from the final production date, and is not obligated to retain any media beyond that timeframe. Client will be notified 30-days before deletion of archived media with an option to purchase. Ownership of the media library will be available for purchase at a rate of 75% of the sum paid by the client to Innova Marketing, LLC throughout its lifetime as a client.
Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels before the contract term is completed, 50% of the remaining contract value is due upon cancellation. All payments made are non-refundable.
Approval & Modifications
The client has three business days to review and approve deliverables. Silence constitutes approval.

Which ProSocial™ Framework is best for us?
If you are new to social content marketing, we recommend starting with the Foundation Bundle. If you’re seeking aggressive growth, the Authority Bundle is your go-to. For the best balance, our Elevate Bundle works great and has helped our past clients 20.71x their engagement rates.
Is there a minimum term for the ProSocial™ Frameworks?
Yes, new clients start with a 3-month trial term. Once completed, the term switches over to monthly. You can also choose a 6 or 12-month term to lock in extra savings.
Do you handle everything?
Yes, we offer a done-for-you solution handling everything from drafting ideas to hitting publish.
What are distribution channels?
“Distribution Channels” is a fancy way of saying your social media channels (i.e. Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). We’ll upload the content we produce across your selected channels and optimize and schedule for release.
I know I need video marketing, but where do I start?
Short-form content is ready for review within 7 business days of the monthly production date. Long-form content is ready for review within 14 business days of the monthly production date.

Once your brand confirms the project, we’ll begin with a project kickoff meeting where we discuss objectives and strategy.
Going forward, we’ll handle every step from scriptwriting and storyboarding to production coordination, filming, and post-production.
Finally, we’ll review and revise the final videos to fit your vision, then begin distribution.
